es ist gesät
breitet sich aus
krallt sich fest
lässt nicht mehr los
es trübt unsere Pupillen
wohnt ganz tief im Stillen
Gesichter werden blass
es hat auch uns erfasst

es wächst tief in dir
es wächst tief in mir
es findet nicht heraus
es brennt unter der Haut

es brodelt in den Fasern
befällt das Herz, den Magen
drängt sich in die Zellen
plagt uns früh und spät
in und aus dem Schlaf
es pumpt sich durch die Adern
sprengt die Kapillaren
schießt uns ins Gesicht
bis unser Ich erlischt

es wächst tief in dir
es wächst tief in mir
es findet nicht heraus
es brennt unter der Haut

wir sind ganz verbogen
die Lider sind taub
liegen auf dem Boden
es brennt unter der Haut

»For me, Photography is kind of a training in seeing. I try to get a special view of the world, sometimes taking distance from everything and looking at things from the outside, sometimes trying to dive into the inside views, visualizing a feeling or an atmosphere.«

»As a cinematographer, most of the time I'm not the author of the projects I'm working on, but I'm trying to translate a vision into images that is not originally mine. Photography therefore gives me a manageable framework to try myself out and experiment with my own visions. Furthermore, in photography, I find it easier to free myself from the compulsion of having to tell a narrative.«
