»Each one of us was listening to the song separately, then we talked about our feelings and emotions that the song evoked in us.«

»Then we went out with the camera to try and get some inspiration. We decided to try translating the outside inspiration into the studio. This part was a playground, where each one gives ideas and we must try every idea that comes out.«

»Our biggest inspiration is music, also we get a lot of inspiration from the people we work with. And one more very important thing is the night- at night we are able to fulfill our vision due to the quiet space that it creates.«

»Shlomy is the heart of the duo, he was the one who started the whole thing, he is the chief photographer and editor. Shlomy likes dark atmospheres and is always looking for a deep and complex story. Morchi is the more rational, she makes sure to execute our ideas and projects. In addition she maintains an uplifting spirit. Morchi takes the dark side of Shlomy then twist it and puts in some humor and a light atmosphere.«

Our name is ShlomyXMorchi (Shlomy Reuven, Morch Landsbreg), We are a visual artists duo from Israel. Our work started after our trip to India (back in 2017) where we wandered around with our cameras. It was clear to us that we want to work and make art together. When we got back home a friend asked if we could film a new video for their song, from there we fell in love with the visual arts world. In addition to the partnership in the work we are also a couple. Most of our work is video art, music videos and photography.
